At the heart of the French Ardennes, you will find the apples – which are used for the maturation of Wignac, a natural cider – grow at their own pace. Edouard and his brother Thierry decided to venture into this project to bring the calm of the orchard to the heart of our hectic cities. The cider is obtained after maturation of different varieties of apples that are carefully selected. The final blend is bottled after a few months of rest in barrels of natural wood.
